The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities were well-maintained. I also enjoyed the hotel's convenient location, close to the markets of Agra.

I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in the package, ensuring a hassle-free start to my mornings.

Great view and location with excellent food options at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained during our stay. We enjoyed sipping on top-notch teas at the rooftop tea lounge, which offered a fantastic view of the nearby landmarks.

Although the hotel staff was friendly, some of them lacked politeness and needed more training. The hotel is not senior citizen-friendly as there is no lift and inadequate lightings in the corridors.

Located near the famous attraction, the hotel was easy to find and nearby many shops and restaurants. the staff were polite and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. the hotel provided complementary breakfast, which was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel was in disrepair and the rooms were extremely dirty. the bathroom had issues with water pressure and the floors were sticky and unhygienic.

Fantastic location with Taj Mahal view, authentic food with great teas, friendly staff, clean rooms and hygiene maintained.
